Kindly read this as it will likely already answer any questions you might have and also help set expectations!

✧ USAGE OF ART ✧

I DO NOT CONDONE THE USE OF ANY OF MY ART TO TRAIN AI GENERATING IMAGE PROGRAMS, BOTS, OR ANYTHING SIMILAR.I DO NOT CONDONE THE USE OF MY ART TO MINT NFTs OR BE INVOLVED IN ANY FORM OF CRYPTOCURRENCY.

Personal Use
♦ the prices laid out in the price lists licenses you (the person commissioning the particular artwork) to use the final piece for personal purposes♦ personal purposes include but are not limited to; using it as a profile picture or header, roleplaying, reposting on your personal social media (with credit), printing it out (without intent to redistribute) etc.♦ my watermark is not to be removed under any circumstances♦ I reserve the right to use any piece I might create for you as part of my portfolio, though if you would rather I not do this please let me know in advance and I will very likely heed your request

Commercial Use
♦ if you do intend to use my art for commercial purposes, please note that extra fees will apply♦ use of my art for commercial purposes include but are not limited to; included in published media, video games, behind paywalls, or any form of redistribution whether for profit or not♦ while the amount of extra fees will vary on a case-by-case basis, I will generally follow this formula:

Price for usage on Youtube, Twitch, etc
(ex: Youtube video art, Twitch pfp, games made for non-profit, etc)
= [base price] x 1.5Price for usage for published materials or similar for-profit material
(ex: book cover, monetized game/animation/movie concept art etc)
= [base price] x 2-2.5

♦ please inform me if you do intend to use the commissioned art for commercial purposes BEFORE any work has started as failure to do so will result in me withholding the final piece until a proper agreement has been reached

✧ PROCEDURE ✧

Below, I outline the standard procedure for every commission. Please read through so you'll know what to expect!

1. Discussion:
We chat and you let me know what you'd like! If you have a specific idea or vision as to what you want, please send me any and all references you might have. This can include stock images, photos, colour palettes, even your own doodles! References can even include non-visual stuff like telling me the emotion of a scene, a character's traits and background, etc. There's no such thing as too many references.Please also let me know if you have a deadline, otherwise I’ll assume you aren’t in a rush for the art. Waiting time can be 1-6 months depending on complexity and my workload.2. Payment:
I will give you a full price quotation. You will have the option of paying 100% up front or paying 50% upfront and the remaining 50% upon approval of the sketch. I will send you a Paypal invoice to the email you provide me.3. Sketch:
Once I receive payment, I will begin exploration and create a sketch depicting the composition and base colours that will indicate what the final piece will look like.4. Sketch Approval:
I will show you the sketch, and you let me know what changes you'd like to make. It’s best to make changes at this point before I start colouring and rendering.If you ordered a sketch, I will make any changes as per your wishes and it will be considered done and we go on to Commission Delivery.5. Remaining Payment:
If you previously paid 50%, I will send you an invoice for the remaining amount once you approve the sketch. You have 7 days to make the remaining 50% payment before we proceed but if you need more time, kindly let me know and I will gladly accommodate within reason.I will proceed with the commission only after I have confirmed full payment.6. Finalising:
I will refine the art until it’s completed. Upon completion, I will show you the finished art. You can still make small changes at this point.7.Commission delivery:
After everything has been finalised and the art is completed, I’ll send the finished artwork to you via email (as sending images through most social media compresses the image and compromises the quality).

♦ all stated prices are in USD currency♦ payments will be through Paypal only♦ once we reach an agreement, I will require your email to send you a Paypal invoice♦ if for any reason you are unable to make the minimum 50% payment plan but would still really like a commission, please let me know and we can sort something out!♦ you are eligible for a refund if:

❈ I am unable to finish the commission before a pre-discussed deadline
❈ I cannot finish the commission for any reasons such as injury etc
❈ I do not finish the commission within 6 months of the paypal invoice being paid and have not contacted you about a time extension

♦ if you'd like to request a refund, please let me know so we can discuss and reach a solution that satisfies us both.

♦ custom game characters
♦ NSFW
♦ kemonomimi (humanoid with animal characteristics eg. animal ears, tails, horns, etc)
♦ animals/monsters

I will NOT draw:

♦ discriminatory content (homophobia, racism, etc)
♦ extreme NSFW (gore, necrophilia, beastiality, pedophilia, etc)
♦ furries
